You’ll need either an unzipping app or you can tap and hold a zip file and choose uncompress to access zipped contents if you’re downloading them straight to your iPad. Although this video shows how to access zipped fonts, the same process can be used for any zipped contents.

Your receipt will come straight to your inbox after purchase! If you need another copy, feel free to email us at hello@every-tuesday.com and we will get it to you! The receipt will include a download link.

To redownload the item, hit the ‘download item’ button in the receipt email and you’ll be brought to the download page to access the items. If you can’t locate the email, please check your spam folder. You’re always welcome to contact us if you’re still having trouble!

Since there’s no way to fully ‘return’ a digital product and each product is delivered as described, we don’t offer refunds on our digital items. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will work hard to make all parties satisfied.

Open your email on your iPad, then hit the ‘access downloads’ button in your receipt. You’ll be brought to a page with all purchased brush sets listed. Tap on the one you’d like to download and you’ll automatically be brought to Procreate. New brush sets appear at the very top of the brush categories in Procreate. If you’re still having trouble, please double check that you have the latest version of Procreate installed. Still struggling? We’re just an email away.
